	How to Send Abstracts
	Abstracts should be submitted in English. Please find below the instructions for preparation of abstracts.
	The abstract submission is exclusively done via the Congress web site. Abstracts sent by fax will not be accepted. Only if you want to submit an abstract for the precongress course, please send it directly by email to the ESLO 2008 Congress President: Dr Alain DECKER, alain.decker@univ-paris5.fr
	Members are reminded that the work should not have appeared in full in print before the date of the meeting nor been presented previously to an international meeting.
	Should be needed, the protocol of the work described needs to be submitted to the scientific committee.

	Abstracts DEADLINE
	Deadline for abstracts submission: 31 JANUARY 2008 Abstracts received after this date cannot be accepted.   Notification of abstracts's acceptance: April 2008 Should you have any query or comment, please do not hesitate to contact me by email or by phone.
	Important Notes
	English is the 8th ESLO Congress official language. Translation will not be provided.       All attendees who wants to participate in the Congress Program as a Lecturer, MUST be registered to the Congress.       The presentation must be provided in Power Point files on a CD-ROM to the Slide Center 2 hours before presentations. Technical Staff will provide the projection.       To save time and by-pass any technical problems any personal presentation device (computer, notebook, overhead projector or other) is not admitted.
	Lectures
	The scheduled time for each oral presentation is 18 minutes, followed by a 2 minutes discussion.
	Posters
	Posters will be gathered,numbered and listed according to the congress topics. Poster must be on display Tuesday July, 3rd at 8.00 am and removed at the end of the meeting. Authors must be present in the poster area to discuss the poster on Tuesday July, 3rd between 13.00 and 14.30 hrs. The email address and the web site address of the main Author is recommended. The photo of the main author is appreciated.
